BRACE Industries started with our Corrugator-belt automated cleaning system for the paper & packaging industry. With the first machine, our team developed custom PLC controls & software to automatically set the ideal brushing settings. Over 100 years of combined experience was baked into our control software - resulting in the best, most consistent performance while eliminating a need for operator adjustments & operator error.
The DNA of that first system continued into our custom brushing machines used to assist in processes such as metal finishing, wood finishing, plastic extruding, and conveyor cleaning.
